- SUV: up to 7 people on our hourly packages
- Van: 7 to 11 people
- Extended Van: 11 to 14 people

Published Rates for Event Rides

Point-to-Point Rides
- Sedan: $85 + 20% gratuity within a 25-mile radius, for up to 4 passengers. This fare can be used for any location within the Bay Area.
- 5 to 6 people: $110 within a 25-mile radius.
The sedan base rate covers the first 25 miles and up to 60 minutes of travel time. Extra distance is $2 per mile, and extra time over 60 minutes is $20 per 30 minutes. Point-to-point is a good choice if you only need a ride to the venue, or a ride home afterward.
7-Hour Packages (Great for Game Days and Long Nights Out)
If you want the driver to stay with you for the event and the ride home, an hourly package often makes more sense:
- Sedan, 7 hours: $375 + 20% gratuity, for 4 people
- SUV, 7 hours: $475 + 20% gratuity, for 7 people
- Van, 7 hours: $575 + 20% gratuity, for 7 to 11 people
- Extended Van: $675 + 20% gratuity, for 11 to 14 people
After the 7th hour, $20 is charged per half hour. These packages apply anywhere in the Bay Area.

Tips for Planning Your Event Ride
Count Your Group First
Your passenger count decides the vehicle. A sedan fits up to 4, while larger groups will want an SUV, a van or an extended van.
Pick Point-to-Point or Hourly
If you only need a drop-off, a point-to-point ride is simple. If you want the same driver to wait and bring everyone home, look at the 7-hour packages.
Share the Details
When you book, include the pick-up date and time, the number of passengers, the lead passenger’s name, and the pick-up and drop-off locations. You can add any extra notes in the message field.
